The company was a joint venture between KOKKINOS A.T.E.E. and PINDOS ENERGEIAKI S.A.
The company has now been transformed into a Société Anonyme (S.A.) under the name KOKKINOS ATEE PINDOS AE RES S.A., and its primary purpose is the production of electricity from renewable energy sources, possessing an energy portfolio with a capacity of 22.95 MW.
