The Minister of Labour and Social Security, Niki Kerameus, and the Governor of the Public Employment Service (DYPA), Spyros Protopsaltis, visited today the housing settlement under construction in Kyrakali, Grevena, which is being developed by the company KOKKINOS ATEE.
During the delegation’s visit, it was confirmed that there is potential for the early completion of the project, as 90% of the building work has already been completed. The aim is to deliver the settlement to the beneficiaries by early 2026.
The Minister of Labour and Social Security, Niki Kerameus, stated:
“Today’s visit to the workers’ housing settlement under construction marks yet another important step in supporting workers and their families. A project that had remained unfinished for more than two decades is now becoming a reality, with construction progressing rapidly. In collaboration with DYPA, we are moving forward decisively, overcoming past obstacles, so that 80 families can soon have a home of their own. We continue with the same determination to invest in projects that have real social impact, strengthening social cohesion and supporting our fellow citizens.”
